Alison Borland is the Chief People and Strategy Officer at Modern Health, where she leads global people strategy and plays a key role in driving forward strategic initiatives that enhance brand awareness, industry connectivity, organizational effectiveness, and global market leadership.

A seasoned executive with more than two decades of experience in employee benefits, well-being, and strategic growth, Borland previously held roles including Executive Vice President and Chief Wellbeing Officer at Alight Solutions. There, she played a pivotal role in shaping enterprise strategy, scaling high-performing teams, and partnering directly with HR leaders at client organizations, contributing to Alight’s growth trajectory.

Borland also held senior leadership roles at Hewitt Associates and Aon Hewitt, and serves as an advisor to the CEO of Wellist. She is widely recognized for her ability to bridge business strategy with culture and people, and for her contributions to public policy—having advised institutions including the U.S. Senate HELP Committee and the Department of Labor.

Borland is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (expired) and a graduate of Vanderbilt University.
Tashi Theisman is Vice President, Global Benefits at Visa, where she shapes and delivers benefits strategy for a global workforce. She is known for leading complex change initiatives across Total Rewards, mentoring high-performing teams, and creating programs that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness. Her expertise spans benefits design and delivery, global mobility, financial governance, supplier management, and integration during mergers and acquisitions.

A long-time advocate for financial well-being, Tashi champions holistic approaches that support employees through life’s key moments. Prior to Visa, she held leadership roles at PayPal, HP, and Dell, and worked in HR and benefits at BP and Compaq. Committed to developing talent and giving back, she actively mentors and serves in community roles. Tashi earned a BS in Psychology from Baylor University and lives in Austin, Texas with her family.
