Supporting mental health for all employees means offering standardized and friction-free access to care across countries and languages — and this poses a unique challenge for benefits leaders.
Modern Health’s Dr. Jessica Jackson, Global DEIB Care Lead and licensed psychologist, and Meredith Agen, Director of Clinical Analytics, share how preferences, utilization, and outcomes around mental health care compare between various global regions in terms of:
Engagement with mental health care
Prevalence of burnout
Preferences for care type and
Clinical outcomes.
Note: Data presented in this webinar was analyzed through September 2021.
