Dr. Mary Odafe
Dr. Mary Odafe is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Clinical & Scientific Affairs Liaison at Modern Health. Dr. Mary earned her PhD from the University of Houston, where her clinical, research, and teaching initiatives centered on understanding cultural factors impacting mental and physical health for marginalized populations. A published researcher and digital health strategist, Dr. Mary leverages her clinical expertise to promote workplace well-being, in service of making quality mental health services accessible to all.
Brenda Cain
Brenda Cain
Brenda Cain serves as BACR's Chief People Officer, with over two decades of experience in the field of Human Resources, and an additional decade of leadership expertise. Brenda attained a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a specialization in HR from CSU, Chico. Before joining the BACR family, Brenda honed her HR skills through dynamic roles in various small to mid-sized companies, spanning industries as diverse as restaurant, retail, and solar construction.

In 2014, Brenda found her calling at BACR, which ignited her devotion to the organization's mission. She is committed to fostering an engaging and empowering environment for BACR’s employees. As an advocate for professional growth, equity, and well-being, she strives to ensure that BACR thrives as a place where employees are encouraged to grow and excel, ultimately strengthening the impact they have on the lives of those they serve.
Sean Grady
Sean Grady
Sean serves as the Director of Global Benefits at Peloton Interactive, bringing a wealth of expertise in employee benefits design and administration. In his current capacity, he spearheads worldwide benefits operations. Prior to joining Peloton, Sean successfully led the benefits team at a prominent Health Insurer. His professional journey includes significant contributions in benefits consulting, where he collaborated with diverse businesses to shape their benefits strategy. Sean is adept at implementing high-value programs, along with the necessary processes and systems for effective administration. His extensive experience encompasses health and welfare, wellness, retirement, rewards and recognition, time and attendance, leave of absence, and employee perks offerings.

Sean earned his Bachelor's degree in Finance from Fairfield University and holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Natalie Walker
Natalie Walker is the Director of Benefits at Stitch Fix, where she leads the strategy, design, and communication of employee benefits with a focus on accessibility, mental health, and aligning programs with company culture. Known for turning complex topics into clear, engaging experiences, Natalie brings creativity to benefits branding; her Stitch Fix Benefits Guide mirrors a high-end fashion magazine, blending style with substance. With a Master’s degree in Human Resources, she thrives on continuous learning, driving meaningful change, and navigating the ongoing balance between work and life.
