About the Speakers:
Lori Janjigian is the Vice President of Client Success, leading Modern Health’s Strategic and Enterprise client teams for the last four years.

Lori has over 20 years of experience partnering with global customers across multiple industries, including health care and technology, to create rollout strategies, develop implementation plans, connect with employees on adoption initiatives, and utilize data to drive informed decisions.

Before joining Modern Health, Lori partnered with HR and Benefits organizations while running the Enterprise CS team at DailyPay and supporting global clients at Brightedge. She has worked with brands including Uber, Peloton, L’Oreal, The Home Depot, and Marriott International to implement company-wide engagement initiatives. At Kognito, she created and led the Customer Success team that was responsible for state- and institution-wide rollouts of suicide prevention programs.

Lori is a graduate of UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
Michelle Denman

As Chief People Officer, Michelle focuses on hiring, retaining and developing top talent across the organization. Michelle brings over 25 years of global HR leadership focused on aligning people operations with business strategy and creating a community of diverse, engaged employees. At impact.com, she oversees the People Excellence team, including talent acquisition, people development, people operations, and business partner teams around the world.

Prior to joining the impact.com team, Michelle served as the VP of People & Places at Deem, Inc. Michelle’s deep expertise comes from multiple leadership roles in leading global tech, finance, and consulting organizations, including Mixpanel, AppSense, Trend Micro, Chase Pank, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has led numerous teams and initiatives that created company cultures that have been recognized by Glassdoor and Comparably with awards, including “Best Company in the SF Bay Area,” “Best Company for Women,” and “Best Company for Career Growth,” among others.
Lauren Figueroa
Lauren Figueroa, SHRM-SCP, is the Director of Global Enterprise Services at West Monroe, where she leads Global HR and People Operations, Retirement, Travel, and Global Strategy. With 18 years of experience in the HR field, Lauren is passionate about the critical role HR plays in supporting employees while driving meaningful business results. She thrives at the intersection of people strategy, process, and technology, leveraging innovative tools and benefits to enhance the employee experience and align HR practices with organizational goals.

Lauren has led high-impact initiatives across global strategy, employee benefits, compliance, talent management, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and technology implementations. Her leadership has been instrumental in attracting and retaining top talent through impactful employee support, while also contributing to revenue growth via strategic business partnerships and M&A efforts. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lauren is dedicated to fostering a culture of care and excellence, ensuring both employee well-being and organizational success. She is committed to creating happier, healthier, and psychologically safe spaces for employees to thrive.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and their English Bulldog. She’s passionate about health, fitness, and authenticity, and loves exploring new restaurants, traveling, and crafting creative cocktails. Whether at home or on the road, Lauren brings positive energy and a zest for life to everything she does. Jessica Swank
Jessica Swank

Jess Swank is a pragmatic, people-first leader who builds exceptional employee experiences that drive measurable business results. As Chief People Officer at Box—a leading intelligent content management SaaS and AI platform—she leads the global People & Communities organization of 100+ professionals across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnership, People Operations, Belonging, Total Rewards, People Analytics, Performance & Learning, Internal Communications, Workplace Services & Real Estate, and Philanthropy & Community Impact.

Prior to Box, Jess led the global People team at Blue Bottle Coffee and held a variety of global HR roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and HP. Her early career began in executive retained search and recruiting. Jess is experienced in scaling People functions in high‑growth environments and in areas including leadership development and coaching, DEIB/belonging, performance, total rewards, people analytics, and workplace strategy. She brings a collaborative, data-informed approach and a talent for creating structure from complexity while keeping teams accountable—and having fun.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Jess enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog, being outdoors (hiking, skiing), practicing yoga, and cultivating community and joy.
