About the panel:
Dr. Cynthia Castro Sweet is a Clinical Psychologist and leads the Research team at Modern Health. She has a PhD in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Behavioral Medicine from the UCSD/SDSU Joint Doctoral Program.
Cynthia has been working in applied behavioral medicine research for years, first as an academic NIH-funded researcher at the Stanford Prevention Research Center, and more recently at Omada Health. She designs and executes studies of various designs and sizes to generate evidence of the clinical and economic value of technology-enabled health care programs.
Jonathan is an analyst who helps business and technology leaders to build teams, workforces, and organizations that allow employees to be fully realized at work. With a comprehensive focus on health and wellness, leadership, and diversity, equity, and inclusion, Jonathan helps organizations bridge the gap between doing well and doing good as we create the future of work together.
