Nick-Herrild
Nick Herrild is a skilled leader in operations, team management, cost control, and revenue generation. Prior to his current role, Nick worked at Caribou Coffee as a Senior Director of Operations for the Coffee & Bagels Concept. Nick was responsible for overseeing guest service, product execution, and driving financial success.
Mary-Odalfe
Dr. Mary Odafe is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Clinical & Scientific Affairs Liaison at Modern Health. Mary earned her PhD from the University of Houston, where her clinical, research, and teaching initiatives centered on understanding cultural factors impacting mental and physical health for marginalized populations. Mary has published a number of peer-reviewed research articles investigating mental health outcomes related to suicide risk, chronic illness, cultural stress, resilience, and more. Since transitioning to digital health, Mary has leveraged her clinical, research, and UX expertise to guide design for digital products (ranging from digital therapeutics to inclusive benefits navigation) as well as support G2M strategies as a subject matter expert. Mary seeks to champion the voice of clinical science in digital health, always leading with empathy and motivated by the goal to make quality mental health services accessible to all.
