Wes Hattingh is the Manager of Total Rewards at Camunda, a global leader in process orchestration software. They lead the development and execution of Camunda's Total Rewards strategy, overseeing compensation, benefits, equity, and wellbeing programs for a diverse, international workforce. With significant experience in the tech industry, Wes specializes in crafting data-driven, strategic rewards practices that support Camunda's rapid growth and talent retention. They are passionate about considering the "whole person" in Total Rewards, focusing on improving the everyday lived experiences of employees. Wes is also deeply committed to enhancing DEIB initiatives through innovative programs like the partnership with Modern Health. Outside of work, Wes loves spending time in nature, often working remotely from scenic locations, and unwinding by capturing wildlife through their camera lens.

Emily Cady is a Total Rewards Analyst at Camunda, a global tech start-up specializing in process orchestration. In her role, Emily focuses on implementing and maintaining compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs that align with Camunda's mission to support its diverse and global workforce. Since joining Camunda in 2021, she has contributed to the company’s significant growth, doubling its headcount across 32 countries.

With eight years of experience in People Operations roles within the tech start-up space, Emily is passionate about scaling organizations globally by enhancing employee engagement through equitable and inclusive total rewards practices, including initiatives like Modern Health.

Outside of work, Emily lives in southern New Hampshire with her husband, two-year-old daughter, and two dogs.

Nani McDonnell Nani McDonnell is the Senior Vice President of Client Success at Modern Health. She is a seasoned Customer Success executive with over 20+ years of experience working in the healthcare technology market. Nani is passionate about delivering on exceptional customer experiences and outcomes. She has demonstrated leadership in building and scaling successful customer success teams. Over her career, she has gained a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, both in the acute sector to the post-acute care sector. She is passionate about mental healthcare and wellbeing and believes strongly in the connection between mental and physical health.

Nani holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Southern California. She currently resides in Boston Massachusetts but considers herself a west coaster.
