In the world of workplace well-being, there are three types of solutions: the status quo healthcare plan, the traditional Employee Assistance Program (EAP), or the new age mental health technology solution. It can be challenging to understand the differences in solution types and their impact on your organization.

Join us on Tuesday, July 30th as Modern Health’s Chief People Officer Maureen Calabrese uncovers lessons learned from impact.com’s Chief People Officer Michelle Denman. She will walk through how she discovered the organizational need for an enhanced mental health benefit, developed the internal business case for the Chief Financial Officer, and then implemented Modern Health to their global workforce of employees in 15 countries across 5 workforce generations.

You’ll walk away with:
  • Understand the driving factors to enhance your workforce well-being program
  • Key evaluation criteria to consider when evaluating healthcare plans vs. EAPs vs. Modern Health
  • Lessons learned on implementing a new mental health benefit solution within your workforce
