About the panel:
Dr. Cynthia Castro Sweet is a Clinical Psychologist and leads the Research team at Modern Health. She has a PhD in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Behavioral Medicine from the UCSD/SDSU Joint Doctoral Program. She has been working in applied behavioral medicine research for years, first as an academic researcher at the Stanford Prevention Research Center, and more recently at Omada Health. She designs and executes studies of various designs and sizes to generate evidence of the clinical and economic value of technology-enabled healthcare programs.
Hannah Willson is a sales and business development executive with 15+ years successfully growing revenue at multiple enterprise SaaS and employee benefits startups, building relationships, and selling to chief people officers at Fortune 500 companies. Hannah holds a BA with honors from Johns Hopkins University, is an active volunteer with the animal welfare nonprofit San Francisco SPCA, and sits on the board of directors of a nonprofit preschool, acting as head of fundraising. She has been featured as a speaker at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, the SaaStr Annual conference, and on the Go-to-Market Grit Kleiner Perkins podcast.
