Mary-Odafe
Dr. Mary Odafe is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Clinical & Scientific Affairs Liaison at Modern Health. Dr. Mary earned her PhD from the University of Houston, where her clinical, research, and teaching initiatives centered on understanding cultural factors impacting mental and physical health for marginalized populations. A published researcher and digital health strategist, Dr. Mary leverages her clinical expertise to promote workplace well-being, in service of making quality mental health services accessible to all.

Molly Hutzler has been a Client Success Manager with Modern Health for over 4 years supporting our mid-market and enterprise clients in industries ranging from legal and financial services, technology, nonprofits to retail. Prior to joining Modern Health, she worked at LinkedIn and multiple mission-driven startups and nonprofits. She is deeply committed to Modern Health's vision of destigmatizing mental well-being and enabling easier access to care. In her current work, Molly operates as a strategic thought partner to benefits and total rewards teams and is dedicated to creating impactful benefit designs tailored to employee wellness and organizational health.

Molly received her Bachelor of Science in Social Policy from Northwestern University. During her time at university she volunteered as a peer health educator, delivering health trainings to underresourced local high schools and completed a Cultural Studies and Critical Theory program at Sciences Po in Paris.

Sarah Neale is a seasoned Client Success Manager with nearly two decades of experience guiding organizations across corporate, education, government, and union sectors in optimizing their behavioral health benefits. She has worked extensively with employers in healthcare, manufacturing, and technology, helping them navigate complex mental health challenges and design benefits that drive meaningful employee engagement and well-being. As a trusted advisor, Sarah partners closely with Modern Health customers to design impactful mental health solutions that drive meaningful employee engagement and well-being.

A certified Mental Health First Aid instructor, Certified Addiction Counselor, and Peer Support Specialist (CPPS) in California, Sarah brings deep expertise in mental health. She regularly contributes to industry discussions through learning events and thought leadership. Her consultative approach ensures organizations provide access to care and foster a culture of psychological safety and resilience.

Sarah received her Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from California State University at Channel Islands and a subsequent certificate in Addiction Disorder Studies from Oxnard College.
