John is originally from Washington state, attended Saint Mary’s College on scholarship and graduating with a B.S. in Marketing, Magna Cum Laude, and currently resides in San Clemente, CA. As a Benefits broker working with Total Rewards leaders, and father of (4) young children, John has long been a proponent of understanding the value of mental health and approaching employees in a holistic manner when considering Wellbeing and its impact on the workplace.
